I recently caught my wife cheating with someone. I am told there was no sex (which I am trying to believe), but there was definitely an emotional affair. She tells me she is almost over him and that it was purely attraction. She claims she was falling for him but that she really loves me.

Needless to say, I am skeptical. I’ve never cheated on her or anyone else. I am not without faults, but I’ve always been honest, very affectionate with her and very into her and all she does; she, on the other hand, has seemed bored with the relationship the last year or so (so much so that I have told her that I feel unloved).

Now, after being caught cheating, she says that she loves me and only me, and that I’m perfect for her. However, she also says that she doesn’t feel that strong attraction for me (the way she feels for this guy). Does that sound like love? Is it just that she wants something she can’t have? How can she be bored of me while still being in love with me?

I’m pretty sure that my husband has or is cheating on me. All of the signs are there except for him telling me the truth about it. Everytime I ask he continues to lie about it. He has come home with marks (hickies) on his neck after spending the night out all night and said that he got into a fight at the mall and that the mark was a bruise, but when I ask mall security about a fight no one knew what I was talking about. I found a phone number that I had been suspicious about b4, but it was under a guys name in his phone and when I called it, it was a woman’s cell phone. I called it twice and she wouldn’t answer, it went to voicemail (that is how I knew it was a woman’s phone). After the second call I made to it, she then called me back on a witheld number and when l said hello she hung up on me. I called her back a third time and she didn’t answer. I tried calling a fourth time and she had blocked my number. My husband is also very verbally, emotionally abusive, and controlling. He is always at a friends house after work. Even on the weekends he finds somewhere to go besides being at home.I do not believe in divorce unless the spouse has committed adultery. I can’t afford a private investigator to follow him. So, I need some advice on how to catch him cheating or get him to admit it. Please help!!!

3 mths ago, I caught my spouse cheating. I forgave him and told him I wanted 2 work things out with him. He is still living 75 miles away and does not seem 2 want to call or come around. He says he is "working" things out for himself. What does that really mean, and how can I trust his word again? He assures me that he will not be unfaithful 2 me again. Should I believe that, or am I right in thinking that believing him would be nieve of me?

Caught my spouse cheating on me with an online hooker last April. He claimed he fell madly in love with her via web cam and send her a substantial amount of money overseas for about 1 year. Fortunately, he has never met her in person. Prior to this incident, he revealed he did webcam with other woman for approx. 5 yrs for self fulfillment. He has come clean and now goes to rehab and sex addicts meetings as well as 12 step. I don’t know if i can forgive him. we have 2 young kids and been together for 19 yrs. financially, I am self sufficient. he wants the marriage to work and claim he still loves me. I still love him but i don’t know if i can forgive or forget what he did. we’re both in counseling.

My husband and I are having problems. He was caught cheating a couple years ago in the worst sort of way I could have thought of. We have been together for over 8 years and married for less than 2 but 1month after marriage,I found an email trying to meet with another woman and also caught him in our own house groping another woman basically in front of me. Its hard to exlain that I do still love him..we have a lot of interests together and we used to have a lot of fun. For me this has really killed the romance part of our relationship which is making me feel lonely.Nowdays when he makes an effort to show interest in me I truely dont know if it is genuine or not so he doesnt understand why I dont jump right at it and go back to the way things were. It is weird being married and feeling lonely at the same time,I just dont know what is "safe" or if he is just playing me for a total fool trying to get my vulnerability back up. I am tired of falling on my face,getting back up only to be pushed down again by him. I really want to believe that he means it wont happen again but why doesnt the letching,flirting and embarassing me ever stop?! I caught my wife cheating on me about 1 year ago. She met some guy at the gym. I found out about it while checking our cell phone bill online. At first she said he was just a friend. I just like to talk to him, thats all there is to it, she said. I know where that leads, and it did. I caught her coming home from his house several times. She would say that they were just watching TV. I’m so stupid that I believed her. Not really, but I wanted to. Then there came the abrupt end to our physical relations. Her stomach always hurt, she had a headache etc… I planted a voice recorder in her car and found out that everything I had feared was true. There was 2 hours of trashing me and sex talk. Now she has made this all my fault. We have 2 small children that she has tried to turn against me. They don’t respect me, especially when she is home. She is doing all kinds of things behind my back. She has tried to trash me with all her friends and family. What can I do to fight back?

Someome said if I download a keylogger onto a computer, it can run in stealth mode, completely hidden, such as spectorsoft and that I can download it off the internet for around 0. How does that work and what exactly will it do? Will it be 100% hidden, even where a tech-savvy person couldn’t find it? Would it work for trying to catch a cheating spouse?

…because of incriminating text messages on a cell phone? It never ceases to amaze me how many people get caught like this. Why do people keep stuff like that around? And just reading this site, it’s not just one or two messages the spouse finds…it’s usually a hundred or so.

I married my first husband when I was 19. We had dated long distance for 2 years…I thought I loved him and I thought I knew him. After 2 years of marriage I left him and returned to my hometown. I caught him having an affair. I am 29 years old now, and thinking back I think he conned me and was seeing others the whole time we were together. Sometimes I don’t realize how dumb I could have been.

I am also asking this to let others know that there are good spouses out their. I dated my current husband for only 5 months before we got married. We have been married 5 and a half years and we are expecting our 3rd child. He is honest and hardworking. Times do get tough because we have decided the best things for our kids is for me to stay home with them. We do sacrifice the finer things in life living on one income, but the children will have a more joyful childhood and great memories of their family!

I am really seeking legal advice and true legal answers not opinions or what you may think, (No offense to anyone I really respect the opinions of others but my question is law related) Anyway I am really curious in the state of new york if your wife or husband is caught cheating on you if it effects how much they get during the divorce. I think they should get nothing or very little but someone told me they still get 50%. Any feedback is greatful.
I just found out that new york is not a no-fault state. It doesn’t cover grounds for a divorce. I am really confused. This is happening to a friend I don’t know if they should hire someone to get evidence or just move on. They already pretty much know what is happening but if evidence won’t help in court then I guess it doesn’t matter.

I have seen on tv the ways you can find out if your spouse is cheating, some by getting into there email, phone records, or viewing everything they do online……

I dont suspect anything outside of emails, he sits infront of his computer at extended times, but when he signs off he rechecks it like 3 times, im curious to know what he has going on in there, its been months i been waiting for him to slip and leave it logged on but nothing,

anyone know how or what i can do to find out if he is talking to other females through emails?

We get together once a year and we break up the spouses when we play go fish so there won’t be any cheating, but one of them seem to win almost every time, how do I catch them cheating at go fish?
